wheatseed juice and capsicums does it contradict ?

by randa karim
(jordan)

I started making wheatseed juice every couple day I drink half cup of juiced wheatseed with carrots or apple.

Then yesterday I have read your newsletter and saw a recipe juice "jucing Capsicums". In morning I had wheat juice and afternoon red bell pepper and lime with parsley and fresh green mint.

My question: does having the two juices contradict
and what is the required portions per week for each? I am pre-diabetic 55 years old and do those two juices have effect on diabetics?

From Sara:

Hi Randa, I think you meant wheatgrass juice?

Some people cannot tolerate wheatgrass juice so they mix it with other juices like carrots and green apples. This is fine. When you drink them separately they also get mixed in your stomach.

I don't see how drinking wheatgrass juice and capsicum juice can contradict each other. Both are fresh juices and may even work synergistically together.

Your red pepper + lime + parsley + green mint sounds like a wonderful recipe. The effect on diabetics? I would say you will only start to get better if you take them once or twice every day and watch your dietary at the same time. Keep it up!

Also check out the Wheatgrass and Diabetes pages for more information.

Cheers,
Sara
