What juices have oxalates?

by Jennifer
(United States of America)

Starfruit is high in oxalic acid.

Starfruit is high in oxalic acid.

Do you have any suggestion on what type of juice for kidney disease such as RTA tubes in kidney that filter, and medulary sponge kidney and massive amounts of stones in kidney?

I'm just getting started to juice. No oxalate as the stones are calcium oxalate type. I hear spinach has high oxalate as do beets. Please inform me and correct me if I'm wrong. I need help! Thanks.

You are right. There are foods that are high in oxalates. Common ones are starfruit (carambola), parsley, amaranth, spinach, chard, beets, cocoa, chocolate, most nuts, most berries, and beans. But that still leaves a lot of other foods to consume!

Juicing cranberry (keep it organic) is helpful. But you also have to start consuming magnesium supplement. You can get just a magnesium supplement called Natural Calm. It is affordable and easy to take. Calcium and magnesium work together. A deficiency in one will always manifest in some kind of problem with the other.

I would also suggest a protocol to reduce any excess cortisol in your system as that will prevent calcium absorption.
