What is the best way to juice spinach, collard greens and chard?

Dry pulp from juicing leafy greens using a single-gear juicer.
I have been juicing 5 times a week for the past month and am having great results using my juicer for oranges, apples, carrots, beets, pears, celery and kiwis. However, when I tried to juice spinach, collard greens or any kind of dark green leaf, I notice that the leaf is hardly touched by the juicer and comes out in the pulp basket almost intact. How can I get more juice out of these dark leafy greens without feeling that I am just wasting it?
From Sara:Patricia, the normal
centrifugal juicer cannot juice leafy greens. The best juicer to use for juicing leafy greens is by using a masticating or a
gear juicer.
The other way is to use a blender: Put the leaves in some water in the blender and blend till as fine as you can. Then squeeze the juice out using a fine sieve or a muslin cloth. Of course this is very inconvenient and messy, but you don't have a choice.
