What are the best fruits/veggies for arthritis?

I am starting to read a lot obout controling arthritis pain and swelling through juicing. I tried a centrifugal juicer and quickly learned why I did not want to go that route due to the increased pulp/decreased juice and the oxidation issues from whipping and heating.
I am now waiting to receive my masticating juicer and want to hit the juicer running. I understand that cherry and pineapple juices are good for arthritis. Can you give me additional ideas?
Sara says:Hi Alan, welcome to the world of healthy juicing! I'm glad that you realized the benefits of and invested in a masticating juicer towards your health.
Arthritis is a form of inflammation, therefore, anti-inflammatory juices help to relieve the pain. You are right to say that pineapple and cherry juices are some of the nutritious anti-inflammatory juices that you can add to your menu.
