Ingredients:
(Serves 2-3 person)
1 large ripe mango
250 ml plain yogurt
150 ml low fat milk or milk of choice
8 ice cubes
½ banana to thicken
This is a very simple recipe to make. You may want to chill your mango by putting them in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes, but not too long that it gets too hard for that smooth effect. Handy hint: Add in ½ a banana to thicken your smoothie.
