Hi I am Sarah Hayward and I am so glad to find your site. You should list it everywhere because there are so many people who need this site. They will learn a lot of information to help them live a healthier life.

I used to eat and live the healthy way and I worked at a health food store. But I retired and started to live and eat as others did. Then the doctors kept adding medications to my list and one day I woke up and said I will not take another medicine and I will drop some that I started. That was the beginning of my new retirement, and I feel so much better like a retiree should.
