Veggie burger

I add egg white salt & cayenne pepper & make a burger out of it. Slice of tomato on top wrapped in a lettuce leaf.

I did the same. Used remains from a kale, celery, carrot and apple juicing. 2 egss, salt pepper and garlic, Dusted the patties in some magic bake. They came out great. I put a little sour cream and some diced tomato on top.
