I love veg so much and i eat it raw all this time to replacing the potato chips and biscuits. I like to munch something crunchy and in this veg case, i take carrots and celery sticks around 5 times daily, even in the office.
Earlier today, my friend asked me a question that I'm not really sure what the answer is. He asked "should we peel off the carrot skin?" Somehow I was just googling and the 1st page that i clicked was this website. And dear, not only did I get the answer, this page provided me with tons of information and tips.
I just chopped my garlic and swallowed it with water.
I'm also adding bitter melon and cucumber to my grocery list.
