It is delish and don't be afraid to add the peel and all, that's where the vitamins are at very very important.

Thai Refresher

I thought I would share a favourite of mine, I call it the 'Thai Refresher':
* Apple * Spinach * Cucumber * Celery * Coriander * Mint
And sometimes I add a little mango for body, which makes a nice lunch time filler!
I love to juice herbs, heaps of them!
