This man has been juicing for a very long time and he so loves doing it. He is now into his late eighties if I remember correctly and doesn't look his age at all. He is an inspiration to me. His book is very informative and very well laid out. I highly recommend it.

I think he has a later version of this book because the one I have is quite old but in very good condition. I got it from Amazon second hand. You have probably heard of him. He is a pioneer in this field and he was inspired and I think worked with Norman Walker for a number of years. He is called THE JUICEMAN.
