Make burgers, add an egg and some bread crumbs to bind it all together ... then fry lightly in olive oil.
Also you can use it in a broth. Put it in a pot of spring water depending on how much pulp you have. Just measure, bring to a boil, strain and freeze the broth for later use.
Fried sticks. Olive oil, pulp depending on what kind, egg to bind and fry them up ... dip them in hummus ... yum!
Compost.
Shape them into little sticks or patties and fry them up.
