During detox, try
to eat a generous amount of garlic, onions and leeks. These
foods are excellent sources of sulfur compounds that help in
detoxification.

tobacco, sugar and caffeine during periods when your liver is under
stress. These substances can quickly deplete your body's

drink at least eight to ten glasses of water when following a detox
