Skinny Albert & The Orbach

Sent my partner off to work with this one today. It's a compromise, those are fun too.
Skinny Albert
- 30 oz watermelon juice, hold foam.
- 50 oz organic black (sun/iced) tea. I recommend Newman's Own. (to taste?)
- The compromise - brown sugar, to taste.
(Editor's note, a healthier option - use stevia or molasses)
Don't bruise this one, gently stir & top with foam.
4 large servings, 8 small.
I read a book years ago, Jitterbug Perfume. It kind of tricked me into learning about the perfume industry. Tom Robbins explains in detail, Top Notes, Middle Notes, and Bottom Notes. The same, I think, goes for food and taste, middle binding the top and bottom together. So I agree with my partner, the brown sugar seems to bind the tea and watermelon juice together, but for avid juicers, the juice alone is just fine.
The OrbachI call it the Orbach, because I saw Jerry Orbach eating a baked potato with peanut butter on a Law and Order episode. I've been eating it since. So here's my healthy smoothie version for 2.
2 bananas
3 lg sweet-potatoes (not Yams) juiced
2-4 tbs peanut butter to taste
2 tbs molasses
2 tbs wheat bran
2 tbs flax seed
1 tbs raw pollen
Vanilla rice milk to desired thickness
Go climb a mountain!
