My name is Selvia. I am married and have an adorable son. I was working in an established company and just turned into a housewife.

I started writting on juice recipes when my weight increased tremendously and I was so fed up with my life. I went tru so many slimming sessions, crash diets and recently before trying out the juice magic I had few painful liposuction done in certain parts of my body. I must say I went tru hell trying to lose weight and thank god I have a very supportive and wonderful hubby who is always by my side to keep me going so that i will never give up. He adviced me to stop the carbo and fat intake and concentrate on juices instead and believe me it is working slowly but surely.
