Sick and tired, help!

Sara, I am a very overweight female, overcoming a pain pill addiction because of pains due to a car accident. The doctor prescribed me pain pills (oxycontin) and I was addicted with the first prescription. This went on for several years and I was taking a horrible amount of pain pills a day to feed this addiction. I am suprised I am not dead with the amount of drugs I had put in my system.
I have been off pain pills for almost 7 months now. Then I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and had my gallbladder removed the following month. I have high blood pressure, 2 nodules on my thyroid and I have been very, very depressed. I feel sick all the time.
Since being diagnosed with diabetes I have been changing my eating habits and lifestyle. I was craving sugar horribly and people told me that it was normal for just quitting the pain pills. I also have very swollen legs, feet, and abdomen. The swelling got horrible in my legs to the point that they were cracking and fluid was leaking out. I have gained like 50 pounds in the last 2 months. I am miserable.
I am having a real hard time with walking and exercise because I feel horrible. I also experienced problems with nodding out or falling asleep when I was just wide awake, which might have been my high glucose level. The doctor put me on Metaforim (diabetes) and water pill and a few others.
I have eliminated sugar from my diet and trying to learn all the carb problem foods. I want to start juicing and I know I have to do the vegetables because of the diabetes so I have been researching juicers.
I purchased a single gear juicer (Lexen Electric Juicer-single gear) and it should be here Monday. I am excited to start using it and to get my health back and get off all the medication.
I did get the diabetic recommended recipe off your site and would greatly appreciate any additional info that you have. I also want to lose weight of course.
I love your website and I look forward to posting my success story one day. Thanks for any info that you could give me with all the problems that I have. I have 2 beautiful sons and I want to be around to see my grandchildren and to be healthy!!
Thanks,
Shannon
Sara says:Shannon dear, my heart goes out to you, for all the sufferings you're going through. This is exactly why I am passionately angry with the drugs and so-called "healthcare" industry! They keep prescribing drugs after drugs that are toxic and that poison our bodies.
Please do read up more about the basics,
what foods to avoid, how to take
holistic nutrition for optimum health and what
healing foods to take. In your case, go for the greens.
In addition, I have asked my partner, nutrition expert Yegyan, to answer your questions. But I would like to keep in touch with your progress as I want to see you get out of this situation.
Yegyan says:Shannon, well done for cutting sugar out of your diet. That is a major accomplishment, so please acknowledge that.
Everything you are describing is more common than you might guess. The common denominator to everything you have a symptom of is
toxicity of the fluids in your body. Eliminating sugar is a good step, but sugar is not the problem with your diabetes. The problem is
your body’s response to insulin.
With Type 2 diabetes, your muscle cells are resistant to insulin. My theory is that the muscle cells of type 2 diabetes clients are trying to prevent the toxins in the fluids surrounding the cell to enter the cell. So they resist insulin because insulin allows the inflow of glucose from outside the cell.
Ultimately, you want to go on a completely raw and liquid diet with mild and moderate exercise. If this is too much of a jump for you, then move towards it as fast as you can. Start consuming large amounts of raw foods low in sugar. Going for about a month will create a profound change for you.
Your weight is
myxedema, it is not fat. Myxedema is inflammation and fluids. To release it, your body needs to be flooded with healthy, healing fluids from fresh greens.
When I have a weight loss client that is diabetic, I coach them through this protocol first. When they are not diabetic anymore, we then start to work on resetting their metabolism to keep the body fat burning.
I encourage you to do this suggestion of raw and alkaline for a month at least, as soon as possible. Do
contact me directly for a better assessment or your overall condition. I really want to help you resolve this quickly.
