Patties

I experimented on a recipe using my pulp from juicing. I mixed 2 organic eggs to bind them, a splash of worcestershire sauce, a bit of hot sauce and shaped some of it as a burger patty and some as sticks. I rolled them in Italian bread crumbs and fried them with a bit of olive oil. Taste good with tomato salsa. I'll see if my husband likes it. :)

We mixed some pulp with egg, minced onion and garlic and fried in a bit of olive oil. It was delicious! Much better than the veggie patties we got from Costco that were so greasy.
