One Day Fast Program
Almost anyone can easily accomplish a one-day fast. But, if you
are one of those compulsive eaters, try to fast one meal a day first,
gradually increasing to fasting two meals a day, then a whole day.
When you reach there, give yourself a pat on the back.
Even when fasting for only
one day, it is still important for you to
prepare for your fast.
Here's an easy guide on
what you can drink for the entire day of a one-day fast:
Morning
Start the morning with
a little stretch exercise. Make a big glass of juice using any
or all of these ingredients. Use any other fruits you
fancy. There is no hard and fast rule. |

Carrot
|
Green Apple |

Grapefruit |
Afternoon
Definitely juice a
medium-sized beetroot for liver cleansing. Mix with a big
glass of either a watermelon or cantaloupe juice or both. |

Beets
|

Watermelon
|

Cantaloupe
|
Night
After a good cleansing,
supply your system with fine quality vitamins and nutrients to
nourish your body. Drink juices at least one hour before you go
to bed. |

Guava
|

Pear
|

Orange
|
There is no hard and fast
rule about what you can drink on a juice-fast. The above are just
examples of what you can juice. Feel free to create your own
recipe with what's available or what's in season where you are.
In between "meals",
continue to drink the balance of watermelon and cantaloupe juice (juice
them fresh).
Put aside a bottle of 2 liters water that you should make a point to
drink throughout the day to help flush out the toxins and keep hydrated.
Happy juice fasting !!
