Spread it out
by: Sara

Hi Ken,

It's great that you're juicing regularly. 24oz ... divide that into three 8oz glasses and drink it throughout the day: morning, afternoon and early evening.

It's better to spread it out than to drink it all at one go. There is only so much your body can absorb at any one time. When you drink all at one go, the whole volume will just fill up your bladder and be eliminated just as quickly.

Likewise, when drinking juices, it's best to sip your juice than to gulp it all down, for the same reason mentioned above.

Keep it up!

Sara

too much juicing
by: ken

Currently I'm consuming approx. 24 ozs of liquid vegetable juice per day, 6 times a week. Mainly carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers and lettuce. Am I juicing too much by volume? I feel great and never get sick so I would love to continue. Thanks.
