My first long fast

I have been juicing since my twenties. I am 46 now and I always come back to juicing to revitalize my energy.
I tried a 5-day fast last year, then my eating habits and work smoking broke my whole being down. I slowly took food away for the past week while juicing. I am now off the food and I added a couple of teaspoons of bee pollen and psyllium husk with the juice. I still cook for my husband but I am making much healthier meals for him - salads and vegetables with meat.
I am feeling tired but a lot of my aches and pains aren't as pronounced as they were. Yesterday, it was almost like having the flu. I'm excited to feel revitalized again and working out again. Something I have not been able to do for a year and a half.
