Morning Orange Juice Detox

by Masako
(Malaysia)

If any of you are into Ayurveda and are a Pitta Dosh in your Prakruti, try out my morning orange juice detox:

- 3-4 oranges (cut off the core or it will be too zesty)
- 1/2-1 inch slice of ginger root
- 1/4-1/2 slice of lemon (with the core)
- 1 tablespoon of OG olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Juice and stir. Enjoy. Then drink 4 cups of water afterward, preferably lukewarm or have 2 cups of OG tea non-caffeinated with a tablespoon of coconut oil (cold pressed, extra virgin & OG) Enjoy!
