lemon-ginger tea

Ginger
Cinnamon
Cloves
- 1/4 lemon with peel
- 2 inch slice ginger
- 2 cups water
- 2 cinnamon sticks- broken up
- 5 whole cloves
Juice lemon and ginger. Add to water. Place cinnamon and cloves into tea diffuser, add to water and juice. Heat to almost boiling, reduce heat and steep for 10 minutes. Add honey to taste if you wish.
This is a great winter warming tea. I drink up to three cups a day when I feel a cold coming on and it helps tremendously.
