Juicing vegetables and doing the lemon/master cleanse

by Coy

Hi, I am wondering if it would do any harm to do the master cleanse, and juice at the same time. I am 21 Yrs old, and pretty healthy. Just want to clean out my system really good. I wan't to know if the concentrated juice would do harm to my liver. Of course I would drink plenty of water to dilute it.

Thanks,
Coy

From Sara:

In order for the lemon/master cleanse to be effective, follow it strictly and not include any other juices. You can do the program for between 10 and 14 days.

After the master cleanse, you would be required to return to a healthy diet. Then you can introduce juicing for your daily nutrition, and yes, drink plenty of water. This regime should be good for cleansing your liver.

Regards,
Sara
