Juicing: My Internal Shower

Chayote
I'm an English guy living in Manila, one of the hardest places in the world to find healthy food. The reason for this is that the Filipinos love food containing huge amounts of sugar, fat, lovely bright colours and MSG. In fact MSG is advertized on the TV here. Mmm lovely, sprinkle your food with deadly chemicals. Anyway i am digressing.
What I'm trying to say is, I needed to change my eating habits. Physically I'm good, I workout at Fitness First every other day, but it's the inside that worried me.
6 months ago I bought a juicer, which I believe is changing my life. I will send one of the girls from work to get me my main bulk ingredients from the market being, carrots, celery, cucumber, chinese cabbage, apples (to make it pleasant), tomatoes and my new addition: chayote! She gets enough for me to last 3 days. I don't mess around, every morning I have one litre. I drink the lot in about 15 mins. People have commented on my face, how much younger and clean it looks. They say I kind of glow. In myself I feel great. I'm 36. I wish I started this years ago, but I won't ever stop now.
Every morning my INTERNAL SHOWER contains:
8 tomatoes
3 carrots
7 sticks of celery
2 large apples (to make it drinkable)
1 cabbage
1 chayote
1 & half cucumbers
PER WEEK:
42 tomatoes
21 carrots
50 sticks of celery
14 apples
7 cabbages
7 chayote
14 cucumbers.
PER MONTH:
168 tomatoes
84 carrots
200 celery sticks
56 apples
28 cabbages
28 chayote
40 cucumbers
PER YEAR:
2016 tomatoes
1008 carrots
2400 sticks of celery
672 apples
336 cabbages
336 chayote
480 cucumbers
Addicted to veg ... Keep juicing.
To the girl who made this website: Love you, well done!
John
