Juicing For A Strong Body

When my daughter picked up MRSA from a gym a few years ago we started juicing to build her immune system. MRSA is a bacterial infection that is very easy to pick up in a gym, school, daycare center. It used to be contained in hospitals and nursing homes and now is spreading more into the community.
It is very important to keep a very strong immune system and juicing is great. We would go to organic markets like Trader Joes, or to farm markets and pick fresh fruits to juice with.
Most of the juices that we would make we added veggies to the mix as it was a great way to get in veggies that children sometimes would like to eat. Celery, carrots, spinach were some that mixed well with the fruits.
Some of the fruits we used included grapes, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, oranges all with strong anti oxidants. Juicing is a great way to build a strong healthy immune system for a strong healthy body.
Along with the juicing we added organic milk to her diet and fish oils and light exercise. And now her system is strong. It does not happen overnight but you are sure to see a big difference in a few weeks.
