alphabetical order below. This way, you will know WHAT to juice to
improve or to prevent a certain condition that troubles you.

The common question I get
asked is how much and how long to drink a certain juice. This really
depends on how serious the problem is.
I always recommend a
variety on your dietary but to emphasize more on certain
fruits/vegetables that particularly help your condition.
How long to drink also
depends on how long you have had the condition and whether it's a
chronic problem.

For example, if it is the
occasional fever or a cold, take the recommended juice regularly (two or
three times a day) until you get well.

And of course, if it is a
chronic ailment, like asthma or an allergy, naturally it would take you
a longer time. Take the variety of the recommended fruits/vegetables in
juice form regularly (two or three times daily) until you see an
improvement. Then maintain at once daily.
Always consult a doctor
for your condition. Drinking juices is a means to cleanse your
body of impurities, replenish lost nutrients and aiding speedier
recovery. |
