To make it easier for you, I've organized the recipes according to the health conditions in alphabetical order below. This way, you will know WHAT to juice to improve or to prevent a certain condition that troubles you.

The common question I get asked is how much and how long to drink a certain juice. This really depends on how serious the problem is.

I always recommend a variety on your dietary but to emphasize more on certain fruits/vegetables that particularly help your condition.

How long to drink also depends on how long you have had the condition and whether it's a chronic problem.

For example, if it is the occasional fever or a cold, take the recommended juice regularly (two or three times a day) until you get well.

And of course, if it is a chronic ailment, like asthma or an allergy, naturally it would take you a longer time. Take the variety of the recommended fruits/vegetables in juice form regularly (two or three times daily) until you see an improvement. Then maintain at once daily.

Always consult a doctor for your condition. Drinking juices is a means to cleanse your body of impurities, replenish lost nutrients and aiding speedier recovery.

Before you start juicing, read the important lessons first, especially if you are rather new to juicing.
