Is it ok to just have juice (vegetable) for breakfast and dinner

by Susan
(Australia)

Is it ok to just have vegetable juice for breakfast and dinner with some added fibre instead of eating/cooked food.

I eat my fruits whole.

Yours kindly
Susan xx

Sara says:

Hi Susan, of course it is very ok to have juice for breakfast and dinner. I do that quite often and find it rather satisfying. When you feed your body sufficient nutrition with whole fresh foods, you will not have a craving for cooked foods.

Your body's best absorption peak during about mid-day so it's the best time to eat a wholesome and filling lunch.

Happy juicing!
