How should i start my juicing diet?

I am about to embark on the whole lifestyle change of juicing! Can't wait to cleanse my body and lose the weight ...

My question is, Can I just juice or do I have to eat food with the juicing? Also, what recipes are the best to start with?

I must tell you I have been researching different web sites on juicing and I appreciate yours the most!

Congrats, Denise, for wanting to embark on a healthy lifestyle with juicing!

If you're new to juicing, you may want to begin with the more common and "mild" juices that are easy on your stomach, like carrots, apples, oranges, pears, watermelons, etc.

Once you got more familiar with juicing, gradually add a cucumber, lettuce, capsicum, and more and more greens to your juice menu.

Gradually eliminate the harmful foods from your diet and begin to eat more greens. Instead of snacking on chips and fries, try snacking on a green apple, or celery sticks or cucumber, etc. In the evening, have a big bowl of fresh garden salad instead of a piece of steak, for example.

You will find that the more you eat these fresh foods, and drink green juices more regularly, your body will get detoxified and begin to do an internal healing of your tissues and organs. Over time, you will begin to feel better and better. Along with this, you will experience the wonderful side benefit of losing weight.
