Lowering LDL
by: Nur Diyana

Recently, I watched a health documentary show and they were talking about nuts. It is proven that nuts do help to lower the LDL value. They did the test to volunteers who are willing to change their diet. Their LDL were recorded before and after the test. The test last for two weeks and the results surprised me. Most of their LDL value decreases. However, you should consult your doctor first before consuming.
