how do I tell the carb count in fruits and vegetables after juicing?

by dick smith
(Jacksonville, FL)

I know how to count the carbs for my Type 2 diabetes. That is fairly simple. How can I tell what the carb count is for 8 ounces of apple or carrot juice, or even harder, the count for a certain quantity of a combination of vegetable juices into a drink?

I haven't been able to get this answer anywhere. Thanks.

From Sara:

You can go to this very useful site: Nutritiondata.com and use their "Analyze Recipe" or just do a search on their search box, to calculate the amount of calories, carbs, other vitamins and minerals in your juice ingredients.

You can even input the amount and a combination of a few items to get a total count.

Hope this helps.
