If you have been following closely what I
have shared with you throughout this site, you will understand now that
you can mix any fruits and vegetables to make a healthy glass of juice.
Likewise, it is the same
with making smoothies. You can mix almost any fruit or vegetable
to make your smoothie and they will still be healthier than any
processed food that you have been feeding your body. When you
continue to choose to eat and drink healthy, you will find that your
body will eventually stop crying out for unhealthy cravings.
I will share with you here some of my
favorite smoothie recipes which I have collected over the years, categorizing them into what they could, and
would do, for you. Once you are familiar with making smoothies,
you might even want to experiment and come up with your very own recipe.
The recipes here are
measured by a cup (use a teacup) and the end-result makes one portion
enough for one person. Some ingredients make very thick and
filling smoothies that they can even be meal replacements.
