| The Hamilton-Beach Juicer (Commercial 932) is a 20-inch tall manual citrus juicer. It looks like some kind of equipment coming from the science laboratory, but is a well-liked citrus juicer. The beauty of this juicer is that it doesn't rotate like the conventional citrus juicers but presses. Because of this, the citrus juice pressed out is not bitter as it doesn't disturb the albedo (the white matter under skin), and it can keep longer. And, because of the way juice is extracted also, this sophisticated looking thing can juice pomegranate ... probably the first and only pomegranate juicer! Probably the only shortcoming with this juicer is that it doesn't squeeze the bigger grapefruit as dry, compared to the medium to smaller sized fruits. |
