Favorite Green Juice Recipes

by Sara Ding
(www.juicing-for-health.com)

Green juice recipes not necessarily just mean totally green. If you're not diabetic nor have any blood disorders, you may like to add some fruits to make your green juices more palatable.

A frequently asked question is whether fruit and vegetable juices can be mixed. The quick answer is "yes". Most fellow juicers like to mix both fruits and vegetables and love the combinations, no problem.

But, some people may experience bloating when mixing. This is not because of the juices but your individual body which is experiencing some "healing reactions" as your body is not accustomed to drinking fresh juices, thus there may be some "chaos" in the intestinal tract when you suddenly feed it with superior foods. Other reactions may also happen.

Read Juicing Basics about what to expect when you feed your body with superior foods.

When asked on the Juicing For Health Facebook page, fellow Juicaholics have shared their favorite combos, listed below as contributed. There are some really good combos here worth checking out. Happy juicing! :)

Want to start
by: Anonymous

Hi, I want to start as at the moment I feel really yuk & I'm tired of being sick & full of aches & pains. I'm 78 & have been offside since having a fall & breaking my elbow in 2006, followed by a thyroid operation 2 years later. I'm desperate to try anything as nothing I'm doing at the moment is working & my doctor isn't much help. Just hope it works as I love fruits & vegs. Muffy.

my juice recipe everyday
by: rimi

Hello everybody,

I really do appreciate all the information gained from this wonderful website :)

I would like to share to you my juicing recipe:

I am using it since 4 months (everyday in the morning as my breakfast)

Lets see what I am drinking:

3 carrots,
1 red beet
3 potatoes
1 small slice of green cabbage
1 clove of garlic
1 pepper
1 small part of ginger
1 orange
1 apple
1 tomato
1 chunk of brocolli
and yeah that is my regular and sometimes I also add like pineapple, grapefruit, watermelon, grapes, and other sweet fruits.

I had a terrible gastritis and thanks to my juicer I am recovering and I am feeling never better than now. I am also thinking to do some juice fasting, eating nothing except juicing for a week or so, until then I will keep you informed.

If you love yourself, keep juicing, if you love other people make them juices :)

Keep natural :)
