Exotically Fresh

by Kelley Koenig
(Wisconsin, USA)

Roma tomatoes Jalapeno Bell peppers Celery

I found a really good mix I want to share (I was thrilled with the fresh flavors it offered):

- 7 roma tomatoes
- 1 jalapeno (de-seeded)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 small carrots
- 3 stalks of celery
- 4 small green apples.

These, juiced, and mixed with a few dashes each of onion powder, garlic powder, worcestershire, freshly ground black pepper and a few shakes of hot sauce if you like.

I poured all of the fresh juice and spices, etc. in a nice rubbermaid pitcher-like container right after juicing and gave them a good shake. Poured in glasses to serve and ... YUM!

Great for Mexican food lovers

I tried this tonight and thought the apples were strange, but it turned out great! I added cilantro and half a lime peeled.
