Dog Food, Compost, Salad

I don't eat bready/cakey stuff. Hardly eat grains at all any more but ... I add a heap of pulp to my dog's food every day.
I also make a salad out of it for myself (I only use organic or sustainably grown fruits and veggies) by chopping it up very fine with a sharp kitchen knife and folding it with my own homemade mayonnaise and/or other dressing. I sometimes even warm it a little in a pan and put grated cheese on it. Salt and pepper are very welcome to this dish. You could even add chunks of whole veggies and fruits but I haven't tried this yet ... raisins come to mind.
By eating the pulp as well as juicing I end up getting the whole deal--juice first thing in the morning and eat some pulp for lunch. Share the rest with my dogs. Everybody's happy!
If I ever don't get around to consuming all of the pulp the compost pile gets it.
Nothing wasted.
