My skin, eyes, mood, outlook and energy level all positively glow. I try to do this every day, and twice a day once a week to fast. Delicious!
- 1 Gala Apple
- 4 Carrots
- 3 Celery Ribs
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 1 Beet
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- a slice of onion
- double handful of kale or spinach
