Classy paté

by Lisa P.
(France)

I mix the pulp with tahini, lemon juice and spices in my food processor. And voila, I have a lovely paté to spread on crackers or whatever. I also use it in soup, pasta sauces, etc. In fact, I almost never throw any out.

Make Veggie Pattie / Tikki

by Dinesh
(Panama)

Take the veggie pulp and mix 2 boiled potatoes and 3 slices of bread slices. Depends how much bread you have to put for making a veg pattie and so that the potato and the bread bind the veggie pulp together.

Then make patty out of it and fry them. But before that add some spices and salt to it. Spices depend on country to country. As I am Indian and I add Indian spices to it and some chillies to it so that the tikki is spicy.
