Can juicing help concentration?

Hi Sara, so juicing doesn't help concentration? I looked in the recipes page and noticed that the link wasn't clickable. Or maybe I just didn't look hard enough. I have ADD, ha! Please let me know. I don't want to take ADD medication, and cannabis didn't work as well as I would like it to.
Anyways, thank you for the useful website. I just bought a juicer and I'm so excited to improve my health starting at a young age (21).
Sara says:Dear Sergio,
Thank you for your question. I'm glad to see that you're concerned for your health at this young age. It's never too early to start. Keep it up, you have a bright future ahead! ;)
People who have ADD have it due to their poor choices of foods (likewise with children who have ADD). May I please suggest that you begin to reduce the
harmful foods (please look at the list). This is usually the most difficult thing for most people to do. Especially note that deep fried foods are the most damaging for brain and vision health.
Also learn about
harmful fats that you need to exclude, and the
EFAs that you need to include in your dietary.
Just by reducing/eliminating the harmful foods and fats from your dietary over time, you will notice some improvement to your concentration. I have found that Omega 3 taken through fresh flaxseed oil (2-3 tbsp a day) is one of the best things that help improve your brain/mind power.
It has many other health benefits too.
One of the reasons for lack of concentration is due to the free radicals running loose in your system and attacking the efficiency of neurotransmitters (in your brain). Juicing doesn't help, but DRINKING juices that are rich in anti-oxidants reduce the free radicals and oxidative stress in the body. This helps increase your health overall, and hence work together with the flaxseed oil to improve your concentration and energy.
All the best! ;)
