Sweet potato smoothie

I just got my juicer today, and have heard many different stories about the benefits or dangers of eating raw sweet potatoes. What would you suggest?

From Sara:

Raw sweet potatoes are not suitable to be eaten by itself. It is also not suitable for juicing. You can steam it and eat it. Its fiber promotes a healthy digestive tract.

Or make a glass of nutritious smoothie:

The skin is the most nutritious part of sweet potatoes, so give it a good scrub with a vegetable brush, do not peel. Cut your sweet potatoes into cubes, steam them for about 15-20 minutes and cool. Put them into a blender with a cup of soy/almond milk, raw honey to taste and 1-2 tbsp of flaxseed oil. Blend at high speed till smooth or until you get the consistency you want. Serve immediately.
