Kim, if you really must do a calorie count, you might be interested to use this tool that I find really useful:
You can go to this very useful site: Nutritiondata.com and use their "Analyze Recipe" or just do a search on their search box, to calculate the amount of calories, carbs, other vitamins and minerals in your juice ingredients.
You can even input the amount and a combination of a few items to get a total count.

That's not quite the response I was looking for, but thank you for your reply! I know most vegetables are low in calories and fruits are still relatively low but some of the recipes can be upwards of 200 calories. I know this from the Complete Book of Juicing which provides calorie counts for each of its recipes. Calorie counting is an important aspect of my health right now so I can't simply ignore it! Thanks anyway.
