I love veg so much and i eat it raw all this time to replacing the potato chips and biscuits. I like to munch something crunchy and in this veg case, i take carrots and celery sticks around 5 times daily, even in the office.

Earlier today, my friend asked me a question that I'm not really sure what the answer is. He asked "should we peel off the carrot skin?" Somehow I was just googling and the 1st page that i clicked was this website. And dear, not only did I get the answer, this page provided me with tons of information and tips.

I just chopped my garlic and swallowed it with water.

I'm also adding bitter melon and cucumber to my grocery list.

Unbelievable!

I just found this page and read some articles. It started off with the Orange, and led to more and more information I wanted to know.

It amazes me at how some foods can supposedly be "healthy" but are actually not. It just makes the naked human eye realize, "what the hell can you actually eat?!" Live off pills??? Crazy! It's like everything you put in your mouth can cause health problems ... I don't know what to believe actually ...
