Are we overdoing it?

by Janine
(Golden, Colorado)

I have a juice recipe my husband and I find delicious. I'll make this about 5-6 times a weeks and we'll drink about 12-16 ounces for breakfast or a light supper. I know it's good to vary our juices, but when I don't have this juice, I find I kind of crave it.

Below is the recipe. I'd be interested in your and other's input:
3-4 carrots, one red apple, one granny smith apple, piece of ginger, small head of broccoli, beet with 3-4 leaves, celery stalk, one or two oranges (may sub out one orange for one lemon), scoop of Green Vibrance per glass and one tablespoon Omega Oils per glass.

From Sara:

Janine, what you're doing sounds good. And I believe you will begin to feel more and more energetic as your body is being hydrated with all these nutrients.

However, it would be better if you could split that amount to two or three times throughout the day, rather than taking them all (12-16 ounces) at one go. About 8-10 ounces each time should be good enough.

Keep it up!
